3. Contest Theme
The contest theme is: “Qufit the Contestant” – the participant can take a photo of themselves or a joint Photo that is related to their appearance, personality or lifestyle.
4. Who can participate
• The contest is open to everyone (or only to persons 15+ according to the GDPR law 🇪🇺).
• Amateur and professional photographers can participate.
• The participant must be the author of the photo.
5. Terms of Participation
• Each participant can send a maximum of 1 photo.
• The photo must be in JPG or PNG format.
• Photo editing is allowed, but must be appropriate (no AI-generated images or extreme retouching).
• The photo must not infringe copyright, contain inappropriate, violent or defamatory content.
6. How to enter
• The photo is sent via the web form: https://www.andrewmoris.com/account/joinduelphoto registration is required.

7. Duration of the competition

9. Copyright and use of photos
• The participant remains the author of the photo.
• The organizer reserves the right to publish and edit the photo by adding the logo (Duel Photo) and adding 1 place, the winner of the photo on its channels

(with the author's name) for the purpose of promoting the competition.
10. Final provisions
• By sending a photo, the participant confirms that he/she agrees with the rules of the competition.
