## for the first parliamentary election of the United Kingdom of Judaism

**United Kingdom of Judaism – UKJ**
Further to the Constitution of the United Kingdom of Judaism and the **Royal Proclamation No. 001/2026** declaring the first parliamentary election of the UKJ, these Provisional Electoral Rules are hereby issued.
These Provisional Electoral Rules govern the rules for the first parliamentary election of the UKJ, which will be held on:
**25 June 2026 from 13:00**
**until 26 June 2026 at 13:00**
## Article I
### Purpose of the Electoral Rules
1. These Provisional Electoral Rules set out the basic rules for the organisation, conduct and evaluation of the first parliamentary election of the United Kingdom of Judaism.
2. The electoral rules are temporary in nature and apply mainly to the first parliamentary elections of the UKJ in 2026.
3. This document does not change the UKJ Constitution, the regime of the micronation, the state symbols or the position of the King of the UKJ.
4. The purpose of this document is to ensure a transparent, clear and fair process of elections.
## Article II
### Parliament of the UKJ
1. The elections are held for the purpose of establishing the first **Parliament of the UKJ**.
2. The Parliament of the UKJ shall consist of **3 members**.
3. The Parliament of the UKJ shall, after its establishment, be authorized to discuss and propose laws in accordance with the Constitution of the UKJ.
4. The King of the UKJ shall remain the head of the micronation and the guarantor of the constitutional order of the UKJ.
## Article III
### Candidate Political Parties
1. The following political parties are admitted to the first parliamentary elections of the UKJ:
a) **UKJ Unity Party**
b) **Digital Citizens Alliance**
2. Other political parties will not participate in these first parliamentary elections unless a new official decision of the UKJ is issued.
3. Each political party may publish its program, values, and proposals for the future functioning of the UKJ before the elections.
4. Political parties are obliged to respect the UKJ Constitution, the state symbols of the UKJ, the King of the UKJ, and the rules of polite communication.
## Article IV
### Right to vote
1. The right to vote in the first parliamentary elections of the UKJ is granted to:
a) registered citizens of the UKJ,
b) registered members of the official UKJ website.
2. Each voter has the right to cast **one vote**.
3. Voting is personal, digital, and community-based.
4. Voting takes place within the internal system of the UKJ and is not in the nature of official state elections of the real state.
## Article V
### Method of voting
1. Voting takes place digitally through the official website of the UKJ or another officially designated UKJ system.
2. The voter chooses one of the candidate political parties.
3. A vote is valid if it was cast during the official voting time.
4. A vote cast before the start or after the end of the elections is invalid.
5. If the system allows voting only once, repeated voting by the same voter is not counted.
6. If a technical error is detected, the UKJ election administration may correct the result only if the error is demonstrable.
## Article VI
### Validity and Invalidity of Votes
1. A valid vote is a vote that:
a) was cast by an eligible voter,
b) was cast at the designated election time,
c) was cast for one of the candidate political parties,
d) was not demonstrably manipulated.
2. An invalid vote is a vote that:
a) was cast outside of election time,
b) was cast by an unauthorized person,
c) was cast multiple times in violation of the one-vote rule,
d) was created as a result of a technical error or manipulation,
e) could not be clearly attributed to a candidate political party.
3. The UKJ election administration decides on the invalidity of a vote based on available technical data and the rules of these election regulations.
## Article VII
### UKJ Election Administration
1. The conduct of the elections is ensured by the temporary UKJ election administration.
2. The UKJ Provisional Election Administration is formed by the King of UKJ or the administrator of the official UKJ website appointed by him.
3. The UKJ Election Administration ensures:
a) the launch of voting,
b) control of the election time,
c) basic control of the validity of votes,
d) counting of votes,
e) publication of results,
f) archiving of results.
4. The UKJ Election Administration must act impartially, transparently and in the interest of protecting the constitutional order of UKJ.
## Article VIII
### Determination of election results
1. The winner of the first UKJ parliamentary elections shall be the political party that receives the highest number of valid votes.
2. The winning political party shall be the first to propose laws within the UKJ Parliament.
3. Since the UKJ Parliament has **3 members**, the mandates shall be distributed as follows:
a) the winning political party shall receive **2 seats**,
b) the second political party shall receive **1 seat**.
4. If there is a tie, an additional decisive vote shall be declared between the same political parties.
5. The additional decisive vote shall be held as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after the publication of the results.
## Article IX
### Publication of results
1. The official election results shall be published on the official UKJ website.
